Conflict Management
The world is full of little conflicts and big conflicts. Construction is no exception. This course uses the Thomas Kilmann conflict style/conflict management interpretation about how to use personal and team conflict management style to resolve conflicts better and faster. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about their own conflict management preferences and how to work better with others who prefer different styles. This course prepares participants to make the best conflict management choices to reduce disruption and keep project moving forward.
