Topic: Compounding Stress – What To Do When It Keeps Piling On
2020 has offered plenty of stress! From upending our work lives to redirecting our home lives, the challenges have been constant and numerous. Let’s take this time to discuss new strategies for staying healthy both mentally and physically. We need to do something new to face new challenges. Be happier and healthier by adjusting your response to compounding stress.
Speaker: Sandy Brown
Sandy is a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and trainer/consultant who specializes in the drug & alcohol awareness requirements mandated by Federal agencies FMCSA, FAA, FTA, FRA. Sandy is a licensed social worker who also provides organizational development and management consulting services in conflict resolution, violence in the workplace, critical incident response services, and team building.
