Understanding Team Dynamics & Synergy

When working with others, we understand and value diversity of thoughts and perspective. However, misunderstanding and miscommunication in team settings can further increase conflict and tension. According to CPP Global Human Capital Report, 85% of employees at all levels experience workplace conflict. In this workshop, we will grow our understanding of different team contribution styles and get equipped with the knowledge to approach each team conversation in a way that creates positive outcomes. Join us in this interactive webinar to expand the ability to manage different types of contributors and explore ways to gain the willing cooperation of others for maximum success and minimum tension. In this workshop we will:

  • Understand different types of team contributors and contributions
  • Recognize the strengths and limitations of each type of contributor, including our own
  • Leverage strategies for leaders to work more effectively with various types of contributors and contributions
  • Overcome common obstacles and maintain momentum toward shared objectives, preventing stagnation.
