Timing:

10:00 – 11:30 AM (Central)

Location:

Topic: Technical Aspects of Writing a Proposal Letter

Writing a proposal letter is how you convey to your client what scope, cost, and schedule is included within your company’s bid submission and is the summary of days, weeks, or even months of work in a few pages.

In this course, you will learn about the recommended components of a proposal letter, what details to include (and what to exclude), plus overall best practices for proposal letters. It will also cover scope items from design through warranty and how to increase your chances of getting a follow-up phone call.

This course will mainly focus on negotiated projects where proposal letters, clarifications, and exclusions are applicable to the bidding process.
