Join us on a tour of the new Steamfitters & Plumbers Local 464 building! 464 moved to their new 50,000 square foot building in February of 2020 after a $3.5 million remodel of the training spaces. Local 464 teaches HVAC/R, Welding, and Pipefitting to Journeymen and Apprentices. This new space has dedicated shop spaces for each of these curriculums as well as dedicated areas for teaching residential and light commercial service and install programs. They do daytime training for 5-year commercial apprenticeships and night classes for the 4-year residential programs. Their five person full time training staff includes one office professional, one training coordinator, and three full time instructors.
Due to time and space constrictions, this event is only open to Members and not Associate Members.
