What are the true costs of performing work? During this seminar, we will investigate direct and indirect costs associated with an estimate or project. Some of those costs are fixed and others variable. These costs must be identified and calculated in the bid. We will examine the need for a company to constantly monitor and control all costs. What are the effects of the cost control program for some areas of the company, and how does it affect you company’s ability to be competitive in the job market? It is extremely important for an Estimator to understand all costs associated with a project and how their company’s performance affects bidding practices.
