This program is dedicated to introducing the Essential Skills required to Thrive on Change. Today, organizations of all types and sizes are in transition to a new market position to differentiate themselves. The autonomous, independent worker of today is changing. Today’s worker is part of an interdependent flexible work team. Being empowered requires learned skills, courage, and commitment from everyone in an organization.
About the Speaker
Gary Polain is the Principle of OZmosis Leadership. A native born Western Australian, he began his professional career as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in power station design, dust pollution control, and mine ventilation systems. However, for the past 20 years Gary has transitioned to having an accomplished career in ‘Human Engineering’.
