Ken Simonson – Chief Economist of AGC of America
Construction Spending, Labor and Materials Outlook, and a Little Political Impact
Ken will share his unique national perspective of the construction economy, as well as discuss the continued impact of D.C. politics on the 2018 forecast and outlook. Ken has 46 years of experience analyzing and communicating about the economy and has been sharing his insights with the construction industry as AGC’s Chief Economist since 2001.
Kris Holoch – CEO of Cornerstone Bank in York, Nebraska
Nebraska Economic Outlook
Kris will provide the statewide economic outlook for the coming year from the perspective of Nebraska bankers. She will share insights on the continued slow agriculture economy and other factors that may influence commercial construction in 2018. Kris is the 2017-2018 President of the Nebraska Bankers Association and has been in the banking industry for over 25 years.
