Steve Thomas Seminar

Steve Thomas is MSCA’s highest-rated national conference speaker and he’ll be right here in Omaha later this month!  Steve assists organizations to build leadership, create teams, and improve the workplace culture. To put it simply, he helps people navigate through the complexities of human weirdness… and we’re a pretty weird bunch!

Seminar Topics:

Connections: The higher the connection between people, the higher level of everything – productivity, team work, engagement, fulfillment, you name it! Utilizing these connections can transform your team.

Culture: Culture is defined by the individuals on your team, their personalities, their values, and their weirdness. Learn how to create a culture in which people can be the best version of themselves, which incidentally is the goal of leadership.

Encouragement: True encouragement is about instilling courage in people.  People who feel courageous are achievers and doers. You want and NEED those people in your organization! Discover how what you’re doing can either encourage or discourage people and review the 5 ways that can make people feel courageous.
