Are you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed? Are you fed up with boring Zoom meetings? This vibrant online workshop brings together leaders from around the country to explore the keys to leading well under pressure.
Be ready to roll up your sleeves. This won’t be another passive webinar.
Through conversations with other leaders, you’ll explore new strategies, build valuable relationships, and unlock the keys to effective leadership when times are tough. Dr. Dan Diamond is an expert on leading teams under pressure. He was the Director of the Medical Triage Unit at the New Orleans Convention Center after Katrina and he’s led teams into many of the greatest disasters of our times.
