Topic: You Can’t Manage Time
It’s taken you at least a couple of decades, but you’ve finally realized that you can’t manage time. You’re not alone! Really, no one can. Time moves on whether we do anything (productive) or not.
Instead of focusing on creating to-do lists, trying to multi-task, or using the latest cloud-based calendar app, this workshop will teach you how to use your time to accomplish what’s truly important.
We’ll dispel the multi-tasking myth once and for all and give you some strategies to deal with other peoples’ demands for your time. This session will focus on:
• A principle-based system for completing projects and important goals ahead of deadline
• How to break big projects into bite-sized pieces
• Simple techniques to free up more of your time (really!)
• How to manage multiple priorities without feeling like you’re always stuck putting out fires.
About the Speaker
